Come to Via Milano for authentic Italian fare crafted by Venetian chef-owner Paolo Nonino and the city's finest Italian wine cellar. If you are a seafood fan, the Frutti de Mare Pizza is perhaps the best pizza you can get in Bangalore. The Straccetti di Cernia with eggplant caviar, olives and pan-seared groupers is a clear winner among the exotic salads. This is a high class Italian restaurant, with sophisticated interiors and ambience. The food is authentic Italian, and comes at a price. I have been there on an official dinner and perfectly enjoyed the food and hospitality, though the bill was a bit high.

this is the best Italian meal in India. everyone for the table vouched for that. The menu changes every 3 months and we are lucky as we got to sample new dishes from the new menu. They also run a promotion menu which is paired with wines. Excellent pairing of wine with food. We were all blown away by this experience.

They know what they re doing!" Via Milano is a nicely laid out restaurant. Comfortable seating - indoors and outdoors and courteous service staff. They have an exhaustive menu that boasts of quite a few original recipes.We ordered some grilled prawns and a classic hand tossed pizza to get started. Both were excellent. The next item was a mistake though - we ordered one of the most expensive things on the menu - a rack of lamb cooked New Zealand style accompanied by grilled vegetables.Although they asked for 20 min, this took an hour to reach the table. It was very tough despite me asking for it to be well done. It lacked any real flavour and although the sauce was nice, the meat just wasn t up to the mark. We tried to get through it, but eventually had to tell them.The chef was gracious about it and admitted that the meat was tough. I was happy to pay for it and accept the complimentary Limoncello they gave us, but when I saw that they hadn t charged us for it, it was clear that they had realized their error and were doing their bit for the customer. This is a good restaurant, and there are many things on the menu that I want to try- the duck, for example. Yesterday wasn t my day, but I d go back for sure.Cheers,

I have been to this four times now. It is, in my opinion, one of the finest Italian restaurants in Bangalore. By "fine" I mean the food. The restaurant is small, very few tables and the ambiance is quaint, cozy, and semi-romantic even though it is located in a strip mall type of location. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything...

A nice fine dining place ... little expensive but brilliant food. Must eat the Dizinario Chicken along with garlic mayo mashed potatoes ... just talking about it makes me very hungry.
