I Saw Ad in wall poster for hair loss stem cell treatment in Vibes - On visiting Vibes Adyar, Chennai (in charge Ms.Malini) was advised me that if I book for Rs 30000 treatment I will get a discount of Rs 5000/= and the package will cost Rs 25000.- for stem cell & PRP Treatment, That treatment was very painful & highly blood bleeding treatment but i didn’t get any result Is vain I ask question for result they told me to I need to book additional Session for PRP & Stem cell treatment for 3 Months it cost Rs 45000 I took that treatment also but still I did't see any improvement even with extreme his supplementary but they refused. I am cheated by Vibes they looking as to how to get more & more cash from customers. please somebody help me how to raise complain against vibes My mail : anandkumar2610@gmail.com

Saw an Ad in paper for weight loss in Vibes for Rs 4999/- On visiting Vibes Adyar,Chennai (in charge Ms.Malini) was advised that if I book now will get a discount of Rs 2500/= and the package will cost Rs 12500.- for 5 Kgs weight loss and then additional free 5 kgs. After about 15 days I did not see any improvement even with extreme diet etc. I kept on reminding them.Then I was approached by one staff that an additional package will cost Rs 14000/- to which I refused. After a few days I approached the person in charge again who said additional payment of Rs 11400/- will help and a certain programme was planned. But observed that there is no coordination between the staff and each one is doing as they please. with great difficulty lost 1 kg in 1 month. Finally approached them and advised to at least refund the last payment of Rs 11400/- but they refused. I am very disappointed and Vibes is only looking as to how to get more cash out of customers. Hope that Vibes pays back.
