This is in continuation with the review written on 26th March 2021. This person unblocked my number after viewing the previous review and started doing blacmail to delete the review. But he is not ready to compensate for the physical damage that he did to the laptop. Very worst behaviour by Madhu C. He doesnt have humanity at all. I bought the laptop few years back with eduction loan during my studies. This guy did physical damage. Please do not give any electronic item to this kind of shops for repair. If they do any damage then we just need to forget about it. But if the same service is taken from authorised brand service center then they will definitely compensate if any damage happened during the repair/service. Responsible people will not do any damage and if in case any damage happened then that is their responsibility to compensate it. But Madhu C did damage to my laptop and not taken any responsibilty of it. He is not bothered about it. Very worst disappointing service.

Very rude behavior and bad response by Madhu C. Do not want to suggest this person any more. Further he won't respond and will avoid all phone calls/messages. He will hide his mistakes that he do during the service. Please be aware.

Person does not respond after payment. Given laptop for service. After the service he has returned laptop without informing about the physical damage that he did. After payment he is not responding for any of the phone calls or messages. Worst service, please do not prefer Vinayaka Infotech for any kind of service or repair.

Writing this review 1 week after getting service from Vinayaka Infotech (Madhu C), I had issue with Acer laptop display (white screen). Madhu C came & collected the laptop, replaced display & its video cable and charged 7,200/- rupees. But the problem is, display panels were proper before giving for service, after receiving the laptop back found that laptop display panel locks were completely broken & display panel comes out. Without informing this Madhu has given the laptop & collected the money. When I notice this, I called & enquired about it then he gave irresponsible answer & stopped responding. He is not responding to whats-app message & not picking the call also. Also he sent mail of invoice copy which is fake as the service centre name is mentioned as Vinakaya info-tech instead of Vinayaka Info-tech. No response from him for the damage that he did during service. Very worst service provided by him from this service centre.
