The staff here is not competent to deal with the customers and do not follow a process . Taking appointment here is of no use , as patients are attented here based upon their patience level of waiting :-( no one smiles here including the doctor and they attend to expecting mothers with whom they should be warm and friendly. Money has to be paid in advance so that you have no option but to test your patience. No logical order is followed to attend patients . Waiting area is cramped up and suffocating if more than 6 people want to sit in air condition . If you can wait outside for 2-3 hours in 38 degree temp and have immense patience then this is a place for you! The yes Ma'am culture was even more funny to watch here , every time the doctor steps out of her chair the entire staff is expected to stand in attention ( is that what you call respect ) funny ! Goes to show the mindset at work culture and standard of staff employed / substandard less eligible staff for this type of job.
