I have responsibly taken up the work of setting up cameras in my apartment. After almost 6 months now - 2 of them start/stop intermittently. I have tried reaching VISION TECH SOLUTION over the phone many times over the past days. I am waiting for them(Bala) to call me back. I am still hopeful that i ll get a response soon. It took 3 weeks to install the CCTV against the promised time of 4 days. There were several technical issues and the agency people are not technically competent to resolve these. Also within a month one camera went bad and the proprietor Arun doesn't bother to answer the call. The camera hasn't been working till date (6th July) which is more than three weeks. This agency is highly not recommended. Camera to DVR wire is not expected to have joints but this agency doesn't take care of such basics and the system is prone to damages. Location: Pai Layout
