Vodafone Store Civil Lines Jhansi

<br/>Extremely poor service. They never pick up phone calls. I requested to port my number from Vodafone(Delhi Circle) to Vodafone(UP East) circle and submitted my documents at Vodafone Store Jhansi. My number was ported out from Delhi but the new sim which I got from Vodafone store Jhansi was not Activated at the time of port in. Customer care gave me stupid reasons that my documents was not submitted at vodafone store Jhansi. What the hell.. The next day I Called Vodafone store Jhansi. They picked up my call in the 5th attempt and told that number will be activated in 10 minutes. I waited for 1 hour but it was not activated and when I called them again. When I told them that number is not activate yet, they dropped my call and never picked again(Dont want to name the Employee). So I was very disappointed because that number is my official number and it was out of service for full 2 days.
