I booked Kerala trip (Munnar, Kumarakom and Alleppy) on my parents 50th anniversary through VoyagesKerala. Overall experience with Voyages was good. I live in the US and exchanged tons of emails with Voyages to plan the trip and upgrade hotels in Munnar and Kumarakom. Stay in Munnar and Kumarakom was just great. The vehicle and the driver were both very good. However, the houseboat that Voyages booked for us at Alleppy for the overnight stay was horrible. The houseboat was dirty and the service on the boat was pathetic. I wish Voyages would have suggested to us an upgrade of the houseboat. Anyway, apart from the houseboat experience at Alleppy, rest of the Kerala trip was just awesome and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their 50th anniversary.
