Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

*Complete Fraud*. Took broker charge to provide the service for 1year but not even picked up the phone. Their service is *completely unprofessional*. They sent a lady/Nanny for baby sitter who daily sleep at least 2hr in my house(sometime even in my bedroom or on sofa) out of 6hr service. Same Nanny leaves everything to attend the call and although she used to get too many calls. She used to lie all time. Whenever ask on above she starts fighting. Nanny has made her own rule and give the example to justify everything what she does. Nanny never come on time and always go on or before time. She never does what you suggest and start giving the excuse. I approached multiple times to agency and complaint about her but they generally don't pick up my call and do nothing just listen if they picked up call. I requested multiple times for replacement but they did not do and stop responding my call.

Don't give false statements pravd 3-4 replesment s you keep them for a week and then said We don't nanny and this repeted nany tims also dinit gave salary also want this
