Water purifiers sale's and Service Akshayanagar Bangalore

Beware of them. I think they are tied up with few of employees of Aqua guard. They posed as genuine Eureka Forbes service person and gave AMC for of Rs 9500 for 2 years . I called up the Eureka forbes service person for replacing filter as part of AMC and they told that the filters which they used were duplicate , instead of "AQUAGUARD" they have used "AQUAGRAND" . When I told them he is telling it is genuine part , there are other queries too which he was not able to answer properly. The certified customer care person also told that , they can even replace the filters with the used filers and there is no way for us to check . I got cheated for 9500 .

This has been the worst service ever wuth any of the dealers that I have dealt with. This owner named Shiva, who spoke very decently and professionally when we initially called for the Water purifier setup, turned out to be very irresponsible and rude when we called up for a service. Water purifier unit had completely stopped working and with no water source at home, we were tensed and needing a help from the dealer very badly. Shiva water solutions completely sucks. There is no ownership or responsible behaviour expected out of this company whatsoever. Please don't ever choose this dealer.

worst service ever seen....these guys are big cheaters...not bothered about service....sell and forget...I was fedup calling these guys.... plz dont go with thsese guys and put urself in hell...the owner named Shiva himself wont respond for ur call after sale...you wil get hundreds of better service providers in the city.

Purchased Aquaguard water purifier from this showroom . The price of the purifier was Rs.16000 and a capacity is 7 liters. They have provided one year warranty also. Technician brought some tools and done the instillation also. The quality of the products was good. The service was average.

I wanted to buy a Water Filter cartridge, then I stepped in here and procured the same. They charged me Rs.1000 including plumbing work. Their response and work was satisfied. I am truly contented with their service.<br/>
