Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Pathetic Service by team. Just replaced main motor and important parts twice without resolution of main issue and never ever bother to resolve issue in spite of follow up.

i hired the service of this organisation. the person named nilesh kadam attended and charged Rs. 472 just for visiting charge. He told that some parts required changed/repair and i will give guaranty of one year. the incidence happened on 13.04.2019. he charged Rs. 5000/- for that repair. as on date 01.08.2019 on ward washing machine is not working. After calling several time he gave false assurance to attend. But now he is not even receiving the call. In this way i have been cheated. Please take action against your service boy and compensate me. Definitely this type of act by your persons will bring down reputation of your service. Please beware of . Manoj kumar. sector -7, CGHS Colony, Antop hill, mumbai.
