I HAVE BEEN ATTENDING THE YOGA CLASSES BEING CONDUCTED BY ANUPAMA MA'AM SINCE LAST 03 YEARS. IT HAS BEEN MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE. DIDN'T LEAVE EVEN A SINGLE AVAILABLE CLASS EVEN DURING THE PEAK WINTER. THOROUGHLY ENJOYED MAKING MY BODY PERFECT AND ENERGETIC. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ATTEND THIS CLASS AS THE TRAINER IS NOT ONLY GIVING VARIATIONS IN YOGA MIXED WITH EXERCISE ALL FIVE DAYS OF THE WEEK COVERING ALL BODY PARTS. THIS HAS HELPED ME TO OVERCOME ALL KIND OF PAINS BE IT MUSCLES, NECK OR SHOULDERS. IT HAS BECOME A PASSION NOW.

When i joined this yoga class,i was suffering from anxiety,high blood pressure and high cholesterol. After one and a half month of regular yoga class at Wellness Yoga Studio B 57 Sector 53 Noida, my blood test reports show normal cholesterol levels, my anxiety has vanished and i generally feel healthy, i am really greatful to my Yoga teacher Mrs Anupam Chauhan for this great change in my health.

I have been attending Yoga since last two years continuously even during the chill winter. Anupama ma'am has been very consistent, regular and expert Yoga trainer which I would strongly recommend to join. Yoga has given spark in my life and helped me improve my productivity.
