Yash Honda two wheeler showroom is very fraud and giving bad services to customer

Very syupid and unprofessional service boy. From selection of bike till payment, service staff is unprpfessional and not proactive to retain customers. "Lena he to lo " type bandas attitude even customer is paying full Cash amount. For small documents xerox copies issues, these people reject customers. So much arrogance and no chasing of customers at any cost. Avoid to go.

very bad service, showroom staff is very lazy and rude. They don't bother to attend customers. Please dont prefer this showroom if you are looking to buy new vehicle. Pathetic

I used to take my Activa to their service centre (at least till one year back) and earlier in their services it was OK OK. Though one time, I got the vehicle back from service and in few days, it started giving petrol problem (filling petrol and it got consumed too fast). I went to a nearby mechanic and he said there is a small cut in Petrol Pipe and he fixed it in 40 bucks.<br/>I thought it is some wear and tear issue due to bike ageing. <br/><br/>Then another time I went to their service one year back, took the vehicle back and drove for one month or so and one day suddenly, my bike silencer went down (broke from between and welding had to be done) from a running vehicle (too risky :( ). I went back to their showroom and said, what is the point if they don't check my bike and tell me the problems earlier. To this their GM said this is a case study for them too and they have intimated Honda about it.<br/>Then I discontinued their services and started going to some other Authorized Service Center.
