Availed an Internet connection at my home from this You Broadband India Ltd.Their service was prompt and professional as they immediately responded and fixed the internet.It has not fluctuation nothing and very happily using tension free.I paid 4500 for 7 months.I am very satisfied with this vendor.

As I was looking for Home internet service providers for Your Broadband Internet connection for my residential purposes. This need was done by You Broadband India Ltd Shivaji Nagar, Pune. They charged me overall 3000. This Broadband network speed is 10mbps. I like it. This service provider was very good in response and communication. I am glad and satisfied with their services.

Taken a Broadband connection from this business. I had subscribed for 1 months package worth Rs.1200.they done the installation very well.. They had responded to me very well and I am satisfied with this service.

Service is very poor. I had to wait for five days. Rectified after hundreds of calls, contacting so many persons and giving sms very often. Lethargy in attending the work. Service providing is far from satisfactory. Not finding the exact cause of non-functioning of internet. Very casual in their work. not finding solutions to the problem immediately. Not responding to the customers easily.Myself and my daughter had a very bitter experience. Truly say, I cannot give pass mark and below average as far as style of functioning/response/lack of inter-coordination and cooperation among concerned staff.If this situation continues, customers have no option, but go for some other alternative service provider. I request Marketing Head/Technical Head at Corporate Office, Mumbai and Local office, Pune, to note and improve the service providing etc. as stated above.
