I purchased a Samsung washing machine, WM 80J5410GX at Bajaj electronics showroom of Habsiguda on 23/05 /2017 . Along with it I opted for extended warranty from the same showroom for the above product for another three years by paying Rs.4818/-. Unfortunately the machine developed a technical snag. After my complaint , the Samsung technician promptly visited my house and advised to vi for the replacement of the PCB board. When we tried to contact the showroom for the monetary claim , since the extended warranty was given by Bajaj showroom , none of the phone numbers could be connected despite contacting all the numbers . This is highly irresponsible attitude by Bajaj show room . Previously also we had such bitter experiences from bajaj showroom . - Kalyani

Acquisition of the Split AC from this dealer. They have explained very well about its features in a better way, The AC cost was they collected 41000. They did free installation service also. They did service in a good manner. They have given a one year warranty of the AC. I really liked to purchase the AC from this vendor.
