Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I gave laptop to resolve starting problem. They told as needed 3 days and in between No.786 engineer will call you and he will tell what is problem. Till 4 days no any call from 786 engineer. I went and morning at 11 o clock, 5 computers exclussive manager mahammed told me as laptop gave repair to Mohammed alla repair shop at marathahalli. I demand to return back because of they are doing in mutton market instead of dell service. They returned at 7 pm with charged Rs.500/- even without rectifying problem. So Dont go this shop, if you go your money will be khaimaaa

don't go for your own good to 5 computer. they are the worst and cheaters. they are simply the worst . I bought a Acer laptop, spoilt in 1 week and now it 2 months no support from acer or the horrible 5 computer. the fellow who spoke so nicely and sold a defective product just turned his face away when approached for support

DONOT GO TO 5 COMPUTERS for service and repair. WORST PEOPLE. VERY BAD customer approach. They wont even call you after 1 week also. UNNECESSARY charges extra money without repairing. NEVER EVER GO to this center

Worst service center I have ever seen.. They took my laptop for repair and kept for 1 month ..did nothing except damaging it.. Called them hell number of times.. They never call back and make wait their customers always.. Do not Trust them.. I blasted them like anything.. They didn't know what to do except feeling shame themselves.. Never ever go to this service centre.. They are worth for nothing..

The store prices are better compared to online. The products are genuine as Exclusive Store for Dell and Asus. I bought a product online and was facing difficulty in installation. Visited them last week and was very pleased with there friendly approach and quick service.<br/><br/>I definitely recommend this outlet.. Worth your money and peace of mind.
