This is a fraud company. I have subscribed to the Annual service for cockroaches which provides 3 services. First time they have sent 2 people, these folks have applied very small amount of the pesticides pest control which did not make any difference. I have called them up to do a re-apply of the pesticide, they are ignoring my requests.

Getting the team to come for the service is a challenge ! Once they have the AMC signed and money of the year has been paid they seem to forget their obligation. I have been chasing for past 3 weeks for a 2 month overdue service on my AMC with no success till date. There is not Owner or manager to escalate to. Calls on the cell number are not received and the call at the land line is answeres by new person every time who promises to get back but never does. Even gives out technician names and numbers which also go unanswered! Please beware before getting into AMC with these people

Very bad service, they will send their person immediately if service is to be renewed or new contract is to be taken, but for already existing contracts/services you have to keep following them and still they will not send anyone for the service

Took one yr service. They give 6 months guarantee. But I started having cockroach problems right after a month. If u try to call for reservice as promised by them they just disconnect the call.
