After covering 1930 km from January till April 2019, I needed to recuperate. Around 1 to 2 sessions of Massage therapy were the best aid that I heard to rejuvenate and free some niggles. Came to know about Absolute Tender Therapy and the therapist from my co-runner. Happy that after receiving the first session of massage therapy, immediately I had a positive effect on upper body, foot and ankles. I felt release of stiffness, had relaxing effect on ankles and foot in a day. Overall, felt very lighter. I had pain and stiffness around quads and knees and had bit discomfort even while walking. After the massage this discomfort has gone off while walking. After running the discomfort is coming back after 3 to 4 km. So I am looking forward to take planned 2nd session of the massage therapy. I appreciate the fact that therapist seems to technically sound and has in depth knowledge of what he is doing. He kept narrating me about what he is doing and what aspect he is working on; it shows that he is very passionate of providing the best service. Narration of every step gave me confidence to go through the process safely. Overall, I am very satisfied with the excellent service and looking forward to the second session very soon.
