Dear Sir / Madam, It is with immense regret that am posting this review. It was on Tuesday (8th Jan 2013) that I had booked for an LPG Cylinder refill. I was informed that the cylinder will be delivered the very next day (9th Jan 2013). When I called to intimate that the delivery should be done only after 4 pm on that day, there was no response on one number and the other number was busy all the time. Finally, I got in touch with a lady who received my call at around 2.30. At that point, when i passed on the message, neither did she say there is no home delivery after 4, nor was she pleasant. She denied the phone being busy and not lifting the call (which was not my point at all; all I was concerned was about the cylinder refill) and finally she hung up the phone at me. Today (10th Jan 2013 ), at 1 pm, I got a call from the delivery person stating that he was waiting outside my door with the refill cylinder. When I mentioned that there will be none available at home until 4, and when requested to deliver after 4 pm, he is intimating that there is no home delivery after 4 (though the you claim that supply is on from 10 am to 6 pm) and he hung up the call as well. If this is the way customers are going to be treated, I highly doubt if you'll have any left in the near future. Customers are paying for the service you do and there is a particular way of dealing them. Either teach your staff how to behave or hire people who are good enough.
