Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

Securities from this agency are stationed in our apartment building and the opposite building in Royapettah. Despite repeated warnings I have seen them abuse and hit the community dogs of our area. I have seen one of them hit a fifteen year old dog with a 10 foot PVC pipe. I saw the same man throw rocks and 1 month old puppies. Another guy kicked a dog we take care of. He also threw a pipe at one dog during the rains cause it took shelter under their portico. My family and I don't feel safe with these people around. We have reported this to their higher ups many times to no avail. I would never ever employ anyone associated with this agency.
