Incomplete and Disappointing Service

We had booked premium package for Umrah on 27th April 2023. They have charged around 1.5 lakh with the commitment that they will provide the stay in Makkah Tower in Makka and Hyat hotel in marina with good food and necessary ziyarat included in the package . In makkah hotel was as committed though the food was not proper and they were askibng extra money for Taif Ziyarat. In Madina the situation was worst . They have allotted some single star hotel with five bed in the room with no cleaning and no service . They have not provided any kind of food as well . They have completely abandoned us . Their people in Madina were not bothered to take our call also . On last day they kept us waiting for the taxi which were suppose to drop us to Madina airport but no one has turned up apart from the commitment . I am writing this to make the people aware not fall in their trap . The owner Mr. Nasir is a great lier and does not have any value of his words .
