I had a pathetic experience with this fake agent. Overcharged me 3 times of actual charge for my urgent name updation on pan card and paid them in April 2021 for pan card and work still not done... finally I asked her for refund...ms Tina Jain ( owner) kept lying and gave stupid excuses for my work and finally gave up on my work and stopped responding to my phone n no courtesy to apologise either . due to this unprofessional and non trustworthy service agent I suffered a lot n subsequently delayed all my work... thankfully I didn?t proceed for my passport work thru her ...plz friends be careful
