In June-18, I had a very bad experience getting my laptop repaired from Answer Computers. They charged me for new power card; but installed a tampered one. I could recognize because the connectors were rusted. The service engineer could not really diagnose the problem at first place and made me replace power card and battery for my Dell Laptop. In fact the problem was ultimately fixed when adaptor cable was repaired. I had similar bad experience in May-18 as well. The control key of the new keypad they installed came-off on very first day. I had reported the issue while taking delivery of the laptop; as the control key looked very different in texture as compared to other keys. The service engineers are smart enough to dupe you. I would surely not recommend their services to anyone and wish to terminate the AMC with them.
