Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Pathetic people and pathetic service, they operate on a different name as well I gave my iMac to them the first time for a motherboard replacement, it took 6 months for them to realize that it's not available, so they returned it. 2nd time I enquired they said the motherboard was available and would be available in 12-15 days I submitted the machine, But it took 3 months of waiting and 1 month for them to return It to me "WITH A BROKEN CHIP/CPU AND A MISSING/STOLEN RAM, THEY DIDNT EVEN GLUED THE SCREEN, THEY JUST stuck IT WITH A TAPE AND GAVE IT TO ME. now when I confronted them, they clearly denied wrongdoing and accepted MISSING RAM and said they would return it. and for the rest, they are not ready to accept their mistake. They are telling me that it may be possible the Chip was broken when it came, if that was the case, they didn't send any pictures or information about the chip when I submitted it to them. I am going to file a police complaint against th

Absolutely horrible experience.

I got service from "Apple Solution, Powai". I approached to repair my Apple mobile phone (iOS) which was not working. I got a quick response from them. They replaced the battery and given warranty of 1 year for the new battery. They provided me a bill for the replacement. But I have doubt on their quality of the battery and I don't think they have provided the original battery. But they provided me the bill and warranty, So I'm 'OK' with the service.
