The equipment is ok but the service is completely substandard, disorganized and deficient. Although the company gets you to sign an annual maintenance agreement, they do not honour it. It takes at least half a dozen calls and just as many no-shows from the technicians to get chemical cartridges replaced. When chemical cartridges are replaced, they are either defective or badly installed and damage the rest of the equipment. Aquashine then charges you for repairs of the equipment... Absolutely shambolic! Very bad company, best avoided.

water purifier in my home was having problem,so I approached this Aquashine Technologies.water was not purified properly in the water purifier.they came out and did the work very quickly.charge was very nominal rate. I am very glad with their service

Worst service from aquashine. Spent more than 3000rs on servicing on a one year old shine utc model. Ultimately aquashine service personnel (3of them) managed to spoil the model royally and i had to

Procured Aquaguard water purifier for my residential through this agency. The price of the purifier was Rs.14000 and capacity is 8 liters. They provided one year warranty. Technician brought some tools and done the instillation. The quality of the product was nice. They have showed different models. I am happy with this purchase.
