Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

The Centre owner Bappa is very rude and unprofessional. The Aya was so nasty. She used to argue every time I complained to him but he didn't show interest. I asked him to replace her but he declined to give a replacement and said to look for another center. Completely unprofessional behavior and no manners to deal with the client. Never picks up the phone. Just don't take Aya from this center.

The owner bappa is over confident. He has send the worst possible child care maid who wants to sit ans not do any work. Rude mis handles the kid. I have literally seen my kid run in a road full of traffic and the maid is busy on a call. The maid gets 50 calls a day from home and she is clueless about the child she is taking care of. Doesn't want to do any work come late and leave early qnd get full payment. If asked for replacement he wants us to make do with same maid.

The person Bappa is very rude and unprofessional. I have taken their aya service for my baby and the aya was so unprofessional and dirty.She came late and leaves early always still I would have to pay for the entire 11 hour. I asked for a replacement and the owner straight declined to give a replacement and said to look for another centre. How can someone be that rude to their client. Beware and stay away from this centre.

I took aya from, the owner is Bappa. I provided the aya all the comforts and fecility because my parents are aged and I need aya permanently. But both the aya and the owner were very bad persons. I don't recommend this aya centre.

Horrible! the owner, named Bappa is a fraud. Even threatens older patients to draw more and more money. Absolutely unthinkable and dangerous.
