I have been trying to contact Asianet to give a suggestion about their serials. Presently, the serial's dialogues are inaudible because of the so-called background music. It is not music. It is a highly disturbing noise without any relevance to the scene. If you can stop that disturbing noise, the audience will appreciate your serial better. If you are not the proper authority for my complaint, kindly direct me to the proper person with their e-mail address or telephone number. There is no clue on your website where and to whom complaints should be addressed. Hence this random approach. Thanks. A reply will be highly appreciated. Music, if required must be soft and pleasant. The present background noise has no value except as a source of nuisance and makes the dialogues inaudible.
