Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service

I ordered a trunk spoiler for my Honda civic July 5th 2023 (Order number: AG-1351074). I did not receive the product as of 21st August 2023. I have phoned them several times, I have emailed them. They do not respond via phone/WhatsApp or email. The one time I got through them asking about the order, they just cut the call on my face. They cannot even speak English and they set up this farce automobile parts website. Absolutely ridiculous that these people go on scamming victims. I highly warn anyone who comes across this website for parts. I lost 4k as a result of their scam. They go on making presence on Facebook and Instagram. I only have one message to these people, "Wake up buddy! Stop living in the days where you think you can scam people and make some quick money. We have far far better options to get autoparts on the web than your silly autoparts store. If you want to take my 4k rupees to run your shop go ahead, but it's my duty to inform others about your activity that you run"
