Balance is a great fitness studio. Me and my sister have taken up a years package at a very good deal and we really like this place the instructors are very friendly and train us properly and advice us proper diet charts it has many exercise equipments and the timings are flexible but we prefer going in the mornings. It has a great ambience as well.
