Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

Very poor service. The owner Mr. Tapan Banerjee is a thoroughly unprofessional individual. This reflects on the way this unit functions. More than half of the time he is not reachable over phone. We experienced this many times. Whenever we needed to call him mostly he won't be available. And his office staff are even more useless to cater to any of the client's concerns. The quality of domestic help is also very poor. Charges exuberant amount which does not justify the overall quality of service. He is simply trying to cash in on the lack of similar centres in Newtown area. A strict no-go centre.

They have no sense of commitment towards customers. They make false commitment and so the service person doesn't appear the next day without any notice. Please avoid.
