Purchased investor from this dealer. Very poor service. Have called him 7 times and is yet to attend though location is next street. Needs to pay more attention to service.

Purchased inverter battery from this Battery Point Sales person showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor, They charge normal amount 2 person came and installed it, i am satisfied with their services

I purchased a battery which the owner told is manufactured in the month of November 2016 he also showed the same in the cover box of the battery wherein it was printed manufactured by ,date of manufacture as November 2016 but once I purchased the battery and called the customer care of exide and ask the manufacturing date of the battery by sharing the battery unique number they said it's manufacturing date is August 2016 . The owner has cheated me he has forged the tag in the battery box for which I have raised a complaint against him the the exide complaint cell . Planning to take further action to the consumer Forum they are cheating customer .
