Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

We are 3 friends who enrolled Business Intelligence course on June 2022 . The trainer that they have assigned is not a professional and he was not capable to answer any of our queries. Hence we requested for another trainer and they didn’t had any other resource. Even after I strongly insisted that i was not looking for an online course , they forced us to join with an online trainer who took the class for about 4 days and said he is done. And the next trainer assigned and not appearing the class for every now and then. This is what happening still…as we requested our money back, they responded sarcastically that Besant technologies doesn’t have the policy for returning the money we paid. Such a cheap people and cheap management i have ever met. Please don’t fell into this trap. There are plenty of good institutions available out there. Please do not support these people and make someone’s like miserable.
