Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I had given old bangles for redesigning and making small size. They gave me back after 1.5 months! That too the design had scratches! Very visible big scratches! They said the machine makes such scratches and they are not so big and asked me to adjust! Very unprofessional behavior! I will never go there again! Imagine giving your gold and asking them to make a design and give. First of all the delay of 1.5 months and then the work is also not proper. They are saying to wear it for some years and then again make a new design! Do you think anyone will come again there to spoil their peace of mind! I don't even feel like wearing what shit he has given me! Can't even make a basic design without scratches!
