Wonderful experience in choosing the van and tempo travel service for outstation trips from this Travels. The trip was safe and comfortable too, the vehicle was very good in condition.it was a package.They charged me a nominal amount I paid 22000 for a 1-week trip. the charge includes the accommodation, food .... etc. Overall I got an outstanding service from this tours and travels.

I had an experience travelling with Bhavani travels and it was the worst experience I ever had. Point 1 - AC problem , they have a working AC but, thy will keep stopping it after working it for few minutes, you can feel what happens an AC vehicle works without AC on, was too stinky and comfort-less.<br/><br/>Point 2 - Vehicle was stopped by officials at check-post as the bus does not carry permit for transport. all the passengers halted there for almost 5 hrs, which is ridiculous at heights. We halted there for hours and when we checked with the officials about the reason they stated that this transit company does not have permit not only to this bus and also for all the buses they own,and we have also witnessed an another bus of this company was stopped for the same reason. <br/><br/>Point -3 we found a number in the bus, mentioned as an emergency contact on rash driving and other situations, when called call was diverted to somewhere and a lady attended but she was nowhere related to the travels.<br/>

Am giving it a rating of 1 as less than that is not an option but please consider as -1.<br/>Last week due to rush i had to take Bhavani travels as it was the only sleepr bus available at that point. To be honest, this was amongst the worst experience of my life.<br/>Firstly the address printed on the ticket would not match the exact address where the bus is standing.<br/>They will arrange an auto and put 7-8 members in the same to take you to the bus.<br/>Secondly, the bus is standing at a very dirty place with so many mosquitoes waiting for you in the bus.<br/>Unfortunately my seats were L1 and L2 just next to driver, so we were the lucky ones.<br/>And then in order to save money, they did not want to turn on the AC.<br/>I told conductor three to four times. He would switch on the AC but agin after half an hour he will switch it off.<br/>And the final 3 hrs , they did not turn it on telling that we are very near to the city.<br/>So guys, even if its the last option, please refrain from travelling in this bus.
