Big Bazaar Whitefield Bangalore

I have purchased 2 kg of karmiq walnuts. Date of purchase 27th October from Big Bazar Store ,Whitefield, Bangalore. Both the packets are with white fungus inside it. I opened one Packet tried it's taste. It is bitter and can't be consumed. I called the Manger of this Store today but no one is responding. Big bazar is reputed store and I have made purchases from more than 10 years but not faced any problem. Can Big Bazar help me by replacement or refund?
