Beware: Fraud Alert – Do NOT Trust Chetan Agarwal from Big Byte Systems Let this be a serious warning to anyone even thinking about dealing with "Chetan Agarwal" from Big Byte Systems – this man is a complete fraud. He doesn’t run a proper business, there’s no real company, no operational shop, just a shuttered, toilet-sized space that looks permanently closed. His entire setup screams scam. He initially talks very politely and convincingly, giving you a false sense of trust. But the moment he gets your money, his tone turns rude, arrogant, and dismissive. Typical scam artist behavior. I gave him my laptop for a screen replacement, and he quoted ?8,500. Later, without informing me, he handed me a bill of ?25,000, citing ridiculous reasons like "graphics matrix not syncing with drivers." He never informed me about the price increase in advance, never sought approval, and definitely didn’t explain anything transparently. I could have bought a brand-new laptop by just adding a bit more.

When settling final bill, brand new charger became used dead charger .When asked Mr Chetan became aggressive to the point of being abusive.

Worst person to deal with. Even for no service / their failure Rs.650 to pay must. Sent Canon Printer photos with issue message. No guidance, rough & arrogant talks, as if he is the only one in Mumbai to deal with.
