DO NOT BE FOOLED by this company. All of the reviews on this company are fake!!! Very much like most of you researching relocation services, I went off of the reviews i saw online for this company. Not only will they make promises they cant keep, but they will sell you a cheaper quote but then through their dealings, while your belongings are on the carrier, they will up the charges. Not only that, they in writing will promise you one thing, however will not deliver. In fact, they will hold your good hostage until you pay them the extra funds. Which is what happened to me. I believe so much in my review today that I am willing to share emails and content of the WhatsApp chat with anyone who would like it. Pls Pls dont waste your money on these people. I highly recommend Book My Relocation for your moving needs. I sent a 20 foot container full of antique furniture with glass etc. From Mumbai to USA. Book My Relocation team are efficient, easy to communicate with and even sent an Faq list! Delivery day , Jon and crew are cheerful, helpful and able to put together knock down cupboard and sofas with unusual antique looking systems. All pieces intact, in good condition.
