Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

Unsupportive and Heedless Atti The receptionist at the entrance is quite rude and impolite. The doctor concerned (UltraSound) was also indifferent towards patient health concerned.

Me and My Family have been visiting this Diagnostic centre for many years and for all kind of tests. For any test or reports we visit this place only. Accurate Reports, Experienced Doctors and Service oriented Staff and all these at Better and Much more Economical Rates than other Centres.

I am from kashmir for treatment of my mother at AIIMS, hence visited almost all the centres in Yusuf Sarai and Green park area, found C15 MRI to be best in terms of Service, Quality and reasonably priced, had taken MRI, Dexa, X-rays, Color Doppler and Mammography. The Centre is Busy but well managed .

Poor NCV quality. Report nor accurate

Bad Experience, they don't care about you and lady on the counter knows only one thing and that is shouting loud. she will be polite once you have not paid but once you have paid thereafter .. god bless you

I Went their for MRI LS Spine and MRI SI Joints. They charged for MRI and later on I got the report for MRI LS Spine and only Screening of SI Joints not the study. Beware of their fraud !!!! Once you get your report, you must check if study is being done or just the screening. Waiting time is too much. If they promise you to come with minimal waiting time, go there and make payment only when you turn comes. They are fraud !!
