City Care Cleaning Services Garvebhavipalya Bangalore

I availed city care cleaning service for full house cleaning but as per their ratings in the website they didn't live up to my expectations. First of all 4 guys came at the expected time (they are punctual, which is excellent) after 1 hour 1 guy just left without any notice. Only 1 among the rest 3 was good enough. In the end I have to tell the guys what they left and to do it properly. Still they left some of the things undone which is really bizarre.

Excellent work done to the detail. Definitely will book again. Deep cleaning was done so well and the cleaners made sure we were satisfied. They were so open to our comments and were very patient. Totally satisfied. Rias did a great job.

City care can do a very basic cleaning service. Cons: They claim to do a deep clean, but don't understand what deep cleaning means. I had to stay there while they were cleaning, and give them instructions, pointing out every single thing, to get them to clean it. If I had not been there, the place would have been only 30% of what it ended up being. Pros: They were willing to take feedback and work on what I asked them to. The customer support was very good.
