I purchased a SIM card of Clay Telecom for my trip to Singapore. They have really good plans that suits your budget. My overall experience with the services of the company was good as I did not face any kind of hassle in connectivity apart from data issues at some places of my visit. For that I had contacted the customer care team to ask my query about the issue then after that the problem was completely resolved and never came up again.

Last month, I went on a trip to USA with my friends for which I purchased an International SIM Card from Clay Telecom. The service provided by the company was good, there were a few call drops, but overall the network was good. Though there was no issue with the network, there was some confusion, due to which the Free Data that was available with the package got finished during the first 2 day itself and then the net charges were getting deducted from my main balance. I reported this to the support team and they had fixed within 24 hrs. The amount that was deducted was reimbursed and the data was adjusted as well. My overall experience with the product and services of the company was good apart from that balance deduction.

Last Month I had to visit Indonesia on some official work and wanted to buy an International Calling SIM Card. I checked International SIM Card providers and found the package from Clay Telecom to be reasonable and suited my pocket. I contacted them regarding the same in the morning and they had the SIM delivered at my residence 4 hours before my departure, which was on the same day I ordered the SIM Card. I tried making calls and using data services when I reached Indonesia, but couldn't. I even tried the dialing instructions that were shared with the SIM, but nothing happened. I was able to contact them through Wifi available at the hotel that I was staying and they assured that the issue would be resolved within 24 hrs and they had the issue resolved in next 4-5 hrs.

I am a regular business traveler and its been 2 years since I have been using services of Clay Telecom. I still remember the first time I bought International SIM Card from their counter at Hyderabad Airport. Since, I was in a hurry to catch my flight for Singapore, I could not understand in detail about using the SIM Card and when I landed at Singapore, I wasn't able to make any calls, though Data Services were working fine. I sent an email on the contact email id mentioned on the SIM Card Pack and within no time I received an email which contained Dialing Instructions in detail and ways to troubleshoot all issues that usually arise. Once the settings were changed as per details in the Dialing Instructions, I didn't face any further issues. The connectivity remained seamless and strong which helped me connect with my colleagues & family members back home, hassle free.

I was recently on a trip to Singapore with my husband, as a gift from my kids on was our 25th Anniversary and. We were to leave within a few days and all the arrangements were already done by them. They had given us an International Call and Data SIM from Clay Telecom, so we can be in touch with them during our trip. Since, it was our first experience, we thought it would work the same way as a normal SIM Card, without any modifications in the mobile settings. We were very excited and tried to call our kids, when we landed in Singapore, but were not able connect. We tried several times but couldn't. Thankfully we got free Wifi in the Hotel and were able to get in touch with our kids. We explained them the issue, which they conveyed to the Clay Telecom Team. The support team contacted us and helped us with the dialing instructions and made the necessary changes in the phone settings, after which we were able to use the Calling and Data services without any issues.

It was my first time going on a Trip to Europe with my friends and didn't know which International SIM Card I should carry. I searched for the same and decided to go with Clay Telecom. The team helped me with the best plan that suited my requirements. When I reached Europe, I was not able to use Data Services, though Voice Calling was perfectly fine. I contacted my Account Manager and conveyed the same. She assured me that it will be fixed the next day and it was night in India. She contacted me the next day and said that the issue was fixed; there was some technical issue at the service provider, due to which my Data Services were not activated. I didn't face any further issues in Voice or Data service later, apart from call drops in areas where there was no network.
