We hired a live in baby sitter from this agency last year in August with a contract of 11 months. Just because we wanted a bengali speaking baby sitter, we approached this agency located in Mumbai. We paid 14000 agency and agreed to pay 14000 to the baby sitter too just to take care of the baby. Already have a maid and cook at home. She stayed with us for 5 months and was missing her family. She (Munmun Bhattacharya) asked for leaves and we booked tickets for her to Mumbai for 15 days. Neither she turned up after that nor bothered to call us and inform. We asked for a replacement and it seems Agency can't provide replacement. Its being more than a month now. I would never recommend you to go for this agency based on my personal experience. Lots of fake promises they do while entering into a contract. I doubt Agency only asked her to leave so that he can earn another additional consultancy charges giving her a job somewhere else for 5-6 months. God knows!!

Looking for Full time maid.So I approach this agency for the service.The service from this maid is good and they charge me Rs 7000 per month for the service.Overall I am satisfied with the service.

I have had a terrible experience with Clean and Care. They have taken the registration money assuring immediate replacement but on not being able to provide replacement, started blaming everything on us. On asking what happens to our money already with him, he said that we could go to court if we wanted..
