I took broadband Internet for my home from this service provider, Rs.1000 per month they charged me and 2 persons came for installation for broadband connection, their service was prompt and good.

Got Airtel broadband connection from this Cloud Nine service provider. While installing the modem and connection they didn't tell me any speed of the data, after installation they said only 8 Mbps speed available in my locality. They cheated me and am really disappointed with their service. The monthly plan I took was a Rs 999 plan and the installation charge was Rs 1100.

Availed an Airtel Broadband connection from this internet service provider. They have charged me Rs 1100 for connection and a plan is Rs 899 for 30gb. Got a quickandnice response from this vendor. I am gratified with their service.

I had given my document and Rs.1100 on last saturday. They told that they would give the connection in 2 working days. But i still didn't receive the connection. Even they are not responding my calls properly. I tried today almost 10 times. But no one pickup my call. I think this vendor doesn't know about what is customer service. Please don't list this kind of customers in sulekha. Otherwise i will stop using sulekha.
