Moderate service I can provide for this CS Mansion, Mogappair West Chennai. Joined in this PG, their response and facilities were good. Initially, their response was good but they did not clean the room and food was not good and water problem also. The fan was repaired for 3days till they did not repair yet. They told that they providing Cot till they did not provide. I have taken 2 sharing for that they charged 2500 as advance and 5500 as monthly rental totally 8000 was paid. They provided TV, washing machine, Separate washroom, and free wifi. Overall it was an average service.,
