We want to lodge a strong complaint against CTI logistics in kolkata. These people are even not bothered to talk to their clients. We have sent a vehicle to bhutan around 20 days back but the same has not reported yet. CTI people are putting no efforts to get it clear from Jaigaon customs. Even our clients in bhutan saying that they will take all responsibilities to get it clear but still we are getting no response from their end. This is a very negligent behaviour from their end. We want our problem to be resolved immediately.
