The product purchased -12 Stage RO Dlx Model on July26 2014 included 1 year servicing and 3 free visits. Prior to the last service CXL Titon RO Company technician and the rude Front Office girl - Laxmi who the owner of CXL Titon refers to his daughter insisted we purchase the additional 1yr warranty. So when the last service was done the technician quickly fixed the system and the tank would fill in 5 mins. On repeated calls to fix the system CXL Titon would delay sending the technician. The hidden agenda of CXL Titon is to maximise their profits and care little about the product or honour replacement of parts during the 1year warranty period.

Sorry to say the after sales service of CXL Titon is far -far away from standards. They SLA to respond to complaints is usally 48-72 hours. Very limited technicians to handle the installation base in Delhi. And a very hostile staff called Laxmi if you try to register a service complaint at 011 28116806/07 / 9810006759
