1. Not recommended at all. Unprofessional. A dacoit in broad day light. Extracts 30-35% commision on the actual cost of the work. 2. Asish Acharya is not an Engineer. He said he hired a NALCO engineer who gets a meagre commision from him. Actual planning is done by the chief of the workers He has least idea about any actual work. He is a middle man(Broker/Dalal) between the customer and the worker. Visits only to lecture the workers once in a day for 1 hour. 3. Beware of him as he is a sweet talker. He is very brutal about his payments and will not do an inch of extra work without extra payment. 4. I had done a septic tank outlet to my main drain which i calculated costed. 8k labour+ 9k pipes+ 4 k materials. = 21k + Engineer commision= 22-23k He made me sign a contract of 38k. He wanted 48k from me. Didnt provide any plan. 5. I had multiple quarrels with him as the work done didn't fully suffice the septic tank issue. 6. His workers breaks things @home. 7. May God punish him.
