Big time cheats!! Was on a holiday to India. I purchased a bag and a wallet. The amount waa 2246. They charged me 14796 instead. Wasted last 3 days of my vacation as i really needed the money but they kept making false promises. I spent the last day of my holiday at the store and refused to leave till they refunded me my money. I was at the store from 11 am to 7.30 pm. When i told them won't leave today till i get my money back, they gave me my money. They probably thought im flying back the next day so won't be able to chase them. Please beware of the staff. Sumit is the name of one of the senior staff members who are at the cash counter. And there's a young girl and an old man who are at the cash counter. All are dodgy people!!

We purchased a pair of kids shoes from Delco Gk 1 on 9th August, Since our kid was not with us we were unsure of size. The attendant ( eager to make a sale) told us that we can change the shoes next day if the size doesn't fit. Size didn't fit. We went on 10th August to change the shoes and this time with our kid. Delco flatly refused to exchange the shoe and basically accused us of lying. He called his attendant who refused that he said that he will exchange the shoe. On top of it he told us that we have used the shoe a lot ( because the sole of the shoe was dirty). Now its our bad that we didn't check the shoe sole before buying. In short Delco believes customers who can afford to shop at their high price poor shop will lie for Rs 600 shoe and that too for a kid. I took the shoe back, thanked him for is excellent service and left the showroom. Delco should just remember that if Amazon and GST doesn't get him poor customer treatment will.

Dear friends-- i purchased Delko shoes Gk.1 M-block market six months back. Shoes cost around 2500 Rs only,,After six months i found i shoe torn from down and second shoe ws alright. I went to the shopkeeper. He said style of wear is matter. I said if style of wear is matter then both shoes torned, why one then he smiled in shekhchilli style. By saying this i would ask my owner he kept my shoes for two months. I was keep asking my shoes everyday. But he ws continuously saying sir i would repair ur shoes. After 03 months when finaly i asked him give me my shoes. Then he written my shoes by saying this sir hamare boss ne kaha hai hum change nahin kar sakte. I ws shocked shoes cost 2500 delco company withhin 06 months sole broken badly of single shoe what kind of material using of delko shoes company shame on company.
