Everything is good with Dell Computers, but for the Sr.Citizens, who do not understand the technical aspect, in case of trouble shooting as also certain applications, may be simple but difficult to implement taking command over phone for which at least at the time of purchase over on line, you are requested to depute a Technical Expert at least once at the time of purchase of your product, which you will definitely appreciate, as we, only switch on and wants to be trouble free operation, as we do not possess pre-requisite knowledge being an end user. Your Call Centers personnel are not attending the customers and invariably put on hold as also diverting the calls to various departments and needs to address the problems and issues and difficulties faced at the time of need and after almost holding calls for 50 mts. the line gets disconnected and again give ring and start telling about the music faced especially by the elders and seniors. Trust you will appreciate and do the needful.
