Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Bosch washing machine repaired & charged 6000 rs. They don't have any genuine parts from Bosch. Gave an invoice which has replacement warranty & now they have stopped attending to the calls. Pls do not consider any services from them.

My Samsung Microwave oven was not working on few days before and I got repair service from this Dhanlaxmi Enterprises, Malad East .they came and solved the problem and they collected 1600 for the service charges.Glad service and this is very satisfactory. They collected nominal amount. I am really happy to avail repair from this provider. They fixed the issue quickly and in a smart way by the service provider.

My Microwave Oven was not working properly. So contacted this Dhanlaxmi Enterprises, Malad East vendor for the service. A person came and resolved and they have charges 4600, which was very nominal.They rectified the problem within the short period. I am happy with the service given by them it was very good.They did the work well and my microwave oven is working good.
