I wanted a female maid to my house for cooking washing clothes and cleaning the house for fulltime, So I approached Dig Vijay Home Maid Service. The people spoke with me very politely regarding the maid service and informed that the charges for the maid will be Rs 9000- Rs 10000, but I had informed them it will take some time to decide for which they agreed. But the information which I got from them was and the way they interacted with me was good.

It is the worst experience that service delivered by the business. As I was looking for a full-time maid for the household works with Hindi or Kannada language for 3 members, So I communicated with Dig Vijay Home Maid Service. They provided all the details regarding the service and charges. They quoted me RS. 8500 for the maid. That maid works for 1 week and after that, she left over and taken the full amount of RS.8500. Now when I use to call them, they are not at all responding. They need to improve their service and customer satisfaction. Overall it's unsatisfactory.

Very bad service and totally disappointed with Digvijay Home Made Services and Sulekha as well (as these referred them). Your agent (claimed as Digvijay's staff and name as Bhavani) arranged us a maid (Name: Mary) as in house maid to take care of my kids and attend house hold works on 19th April 2018 with a salary of 11K initially and then raise it by another 1000 after six months which depends on work. Work location is Malleswaram, Bengaluru. Bhavani took sourcing fee of 10K and now maid ran away without a notice and with important valuables after taking her first month salary (even tjough she didn't work whole month). Today when we called Mary she vlakms that she has informed to Bhavani that she is not going to continue and Bhavani didn't act. Also, we noticed some valuables missing. When we call Bhavani, she doesn't respond at all and the other two numbers given on the agreement doesn't work at all. Besides this, there is lot of inconvenience. Looking forward for a solution this
