Poor service & arrogant behavior. I am told that it is a US based company selling millions of units. I purchased the purifier, however it was a mistake! one doesn't find anything like a water purifier company like "Dr. Water from USA" on internet. It is a local Indian company under Go Green Group name. Though the product appears genuine, however the company is local and lack customer satisfaction. our product completed hardly two years and got few problems, which were solved unsatisfactorily. <br/><br/>There is a Go Green group UK with a official website, which is a different company, and should not be misunderstood with this one. <br/><br/>I will suggest, to buy water purifier of a reputed brand and do not go on the name of "USA based Company". Ensure first, what they are telling is true, service will be proper and people are friendly and polite. <br/><br/>Thank you.
